The Premier Makerspace for Schools in India: Fostering Innovation

©2024 by NatureNurture Eduserv Private Limited
NatureNurture provides the leading Makerspace for schools in India, a dynamic environment designed to transform students from passive learners into active creators. Our experiential learning labs are dedicated spaces where curiosity, collaboration, and hands-on learning come to life, directly answering the question of what truly impactful learning looks like.

Our philosophy is deeply inspired by the words of educational pioneer Seymour Papert:

“In a classical joke, a child stays behind after school to ask a personal question, “Teacher, what did I learn today?” The surprised teacher asks, “Why do you ask that?” and the child replies, “Daddy always asks me and I never know what to say.”
- Seymour Papert

With NatureNurture's makerspace it's time to make...

We learned about teamwork, safety, and time management – even before starting! It was amazing!
Mom and Dad, guess what! I built a pinwheel in the school's MAKERSPACE like a mini construction zone!

We brainstormed ideas, negotiated, and even got a little frustrated, but we never gave up! We were scientists, engineers, and negotiators all in one afternoon.
The coolest part? Even though we did the same activity, everyone learned something different based on their own ideas.

Focus on experimentation and iteration
Cross-disciplinary collaboration
Resourcefulness and upcycling
Open-ended challenges
Community feedback and support

How Our School Makerspace Setup Sparks Innovation

Our hands-on learning Makerspace projects are built on five core principles that drive innovation. We begin by fostering a focus on experimentation and iteration, encouraging students to test, fail, and refine their ideas to build resilience. Furthermore, we champion cross-disciplinary collaboration, where our STEM Makerspace solutions integrate concepts from science, technology, engineering, arts, and math.
This is complemented by an emphasis on resourcefulness and upcycling, which promotes creative problem-solving and sustainability. Students are consistently engaged with open-ended challenges that have no single right answer, sparking true creativity. Finally, this entire process is supported by a culture of community feedback, building a supportive ecosystem where ideas are shared and improved to drive genuine innovation.
